Ingredients - Serves 4
- 225 g bean sprouts
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- ¼ cup carrot, chopped
- ¼ cup green capsicum (bell pepper), chopped, optional
- 1 tbsp sesame oil or any other oil
- 1 clove (2-3 g) of garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp white or brown sugar, optional
- Soy sauce, to taste
Steps
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sesame seeds till slightly brown
- Add garlic, onions, other vegetables and saute for 1 minute
- Take off the heat and add bean sprouts, parsley or coriander and season with soy sauce
- Serve warm
