Ingredients - Makes about 1 cup
- 3 fresh red chillies, finely chopped or in a pinch, use 1 tbsp of dried red chilli flakes
- ½ cup white or brown sugar
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
Steps
- Mix everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat to simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thick
- Cool and serve
