Ingredients - Serves 4
- 1 pack noodles - use rice vermicelli or hakka noodles or any other kind
- 1 bunch of spring onions, chopped
- 5-6 cloves (or 18 g) of garlic, chopped
- 3-4 small red chillies, chopped (adjust the quantity according to the chillies that you have)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
Steps
- Soak the noodles or cook them as per pack instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the garlic and the white parts of the spring onion till the raw smell is gone
- Add the chillies, soy sauce and sugar and mix well
- Toss in the noodles and the green parts of the spring onions, mix well and serve hot
