Chilli Garlic Noodles

Quick and spicy noodles
Ingredients - Serves 4
  • 1 pack noodles - use rice vermicelli or hakka noodles or any other kind
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, chopped
  • 5-6 cloves (or 18 g) of garlic, chopped
  • 3-4 small red chillies, chopped (adjust the quantity according to the chillies that you have)
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  1. Soak the noodles or cook them as per pack instructions
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the garlic and the white parts of the spring onion till the raw smell is gone
  3. Add the chillies, soy sauce and sugar and mix well
  4. Toss in the noodles and the green parts of the spring onions, mix well and serve hot
